Glen Alpine Springs, California

I took my family up to the soda springs at Glen Alpine Springs, at the edge of the Desolation Wilderness, near Lake Tahoe, in July 2003. The spring water tasted very salty and a little bubbley. Most of my family did like the taste. The waterfall located just a half mile or so up stream from Lily Lake is just gorgeous. The parking area is at Lily Lake
